Sodexo is seeking a talented Senior Manager Culinary Executive Chef specializing in Chinese and Taiwanese cuisine to join our Corporate Services team in North Phoenix, Arizona. This Executive Chef will join the onsite team to support the culinary operations team at our client’s growing U.S. HQ campus. The primary focus of this role will be to deliver exceptional food through authentic and contemporary Cantonese and Taiwanese cuisine. This Executive Chef will need to communicate in Mandarin. Recommends changes in operations based on standards, identify appropriate resources, and assist in implementation plans. Conduct inspection tours of facilities to provide information needed to develop a proposal for prospective clients. Financial/Growth: Ability to manage and demonstrate proven results with food costs, labor and controllable expenses. Supports the sales process by assisting with operations and costing analyses, and by providing technical support in the development of service proposals.
