Sodexo is seeking a talented Senior Manager Culinary Executive Chef specializing in Chinese and Taiwanese cuisine to join our Corporate Services team in North Phoenix, Arizona. This Executive Chef will join the onsite team to support the culinary operations team at our client’s growing U.S. HQ campus. The primary focus of this role will be to deliver exceptional food through authentic and contemporary Cantonese and Taiwanese cuisine. This Executive Chef will need to communicate in Mandarin. Position Summary: Culinary Creativity: Follows culinary trends and innovates, is able to translate ideas into unique menu and recipe programs that advance the culinary experience for the client/customers Compliance: Ensures compliance with industry standards, and accredited organizations of local, state and federal standards and other regulatory requirements, as well as with Sodexo's templates and standards for customer service.
